Each individual may hold only one account. Opening multiple accounts under the same person's name is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all related accounts will be closed and any bonuses or winnings may be forfeited.
1.3 Providing Accurate Information
You must provide truthful, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Providing false information may result in account suspension or permanent closure. mnn7 may request identity documents or other supporting documents at any time for verification purposes.
Section 2 Account Management
2.1 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Allowing anyone else to use your account is prohibited. You are required to notify mnn7 immediately of any unauthorized access.
2.2 Account Suspension or Closure
mnn7 reserves the right to suspend or close an account without notice in any of the following circumstances:
- If any provision of these Terms is violated;
- If fraudulent activity or bonus abuse is suspected;
- If involvement in money laundering or illegal financial activities is found;
- If documents requested for account verification are not provided within the specified time.
2.3 Self-Requested Closure
You may request to close your own account at any time. In such cases, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw any available balance in your account.
Section 3 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
3.1 Accepted Payment Methods
mnn7 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including major Bangladeshi banks such as Sonali Bank, Janata Bank, and Dutch-Bangla Bank). No methods outside this list are accepted.
3.2 Minimum Limits
The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳500 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
3.3 Withdrawal Process
Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. This time may increase slightly if additional verification is required. Withdrawals can only be made through the same method used for the deposit.
3.4 Third-Party Payments Prohibited
You may only make deposits and withdrawals using a payment account registered in your own name. Completing payments through any third party is strictly prohibited and such transactions will be cancelled.
Section 4 Bonuses & Promotional Offers
4.1 Welcome Bonus
mnn7 offers new players a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. Example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus, making your total balance ৳2,000.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
Before withdrawing a received bonus, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit plus bonus. Example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳10,000 in bets before withdrawing.
Winnings earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met.
4.3 Bonus Abuse Prohibited
Abusing the bonus system or attempting to earn bonuses through fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited. If mnn7 detects such activity, it reserves the right to cancel the bonus on the related account and suspend the account.
4.4 Bonus Modification and Cancellation
mnn7 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any bonus offer at any time. If the terms of an active bonus change, the relevant player will be duly notified.
Section 5 Fair Play & Prohibited Activities
5.1 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Placing bets using bots, scripts, or automated software;
- Collusion or conspiring with other players to gain an unfair advantage;
- Exploiting any technical flaw or bug in the system;
- Creating an account using a fake identity or false information;
- Money laundering or transacting illegal funds.
5.2 Gaming System Errors
Any erroneous payout resulting from a software or system error will be considered void. mnn7 reserves the right to deduct any incorrectly paid amount from an account in such circumstances.
5.3 Investigation and Action
mnn7 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity, and the relevant account may be temporarily suspended during the investigation. If prohibited activity is proven, the account will be permanently closed.
Section 6 VIP Program & Cashback
6.1 VIP Tiers
mnn7's VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. The weekly cashback rate differs at each tier:
- Bronze: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
- Silver: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
- Gold: up to 1.2% weekly cashback
6.2 Tier Promotion Process
A player may be promoted to a higher VIP tier based on regular gaming activity and active participation on the platform. For details on specific promotion criteria, please contact the support team directly.
6.3 Cashback Eligibility
Cashback is generally calculated once per week and credited directly to the account balance. mnn7 reserves the right to modify the terms of the VIP program at any time.
